In both, she as Darlene Conner Healy in the hit television series Darlene Conner Healy on the television show "Roseanne." show "Roseanne". Apart from playing the popular role on the hit show, she has also played her memorable character 'Leslie Winkle' in the TV series 'The Big Bang Theory.' She has also appeared in films like 'Poison Ivy, The Big Tease'' and 'Light It Up. As well as acting as an actress She has also played the role of a director as well as writing scripts. Gilbert has chosen not to open up about her personal life until her realization that she was homosexual. She was a lover of Johnny Galecki in her first years as an actor, before realizing she was homosexual. Then, she went on to get involved to producer Allison Adler.After their split, right before the airing of her talk show Sara Gilbert came out publicly. From 2014, she was married through 2019.
